HOA Bossman broke

Brooklyn rapper and producer HOA Bossman has made waves over the last year, specifically before the release of his ‘Don’t‘ EP under the House of Aura imprint.  In an interview with SNY late this past year, the NYC artist said: “Success, it’s a funny thing. I think you define your own success, I think everybody has their own views on it.”

He’s proven just that with fan support having over 5,000 plus plays from his recent EP and continuous shows.  Today he is premiering his record “Broke” with us just for those abroad and who are snowed in on the east coast.  “A whole lot of broke n–gas praying I get killed / A whole lot of broke n–gas hope I never sign a deal,” raps HOA Bossman.  I guess you can say with success comes envious individuals who just are broke in spirit and mind.  He teamed up with another New York native, producer Hannibal King, who has worked with Mac Miller, Joey Badass, Casey Veggies and more.  Although the track is under two minutes the bouncy banger is sure to relate to a lot of people who refuse to surround themselves with broke individuals.

You can download the record here and you catch him perform as a headliner on February 4th at Arlene’s Grocery.
